Chapter I

Website & ordering

Scope

These Terms of Use govern use of this website and purchases made through it. Mandatory statutory consumer rights always remain applicable where they cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website Use

You may use the website for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. Misuse, interference with website operation, unauthorized access or unlawful activity is prohibited.

Product Information

We aim to present product descriptions, images and availability accurately. Minor display differences may occur due to screens, photography or production tolerances.

Prices and Taxes

Displayed product prices include applicable tax according to the website’s pricing configuration. Customs or import charges, where applicable, are separate.

Orders

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products under the terms and prices displayed at checkout.

Order Acceptance

An order is accepted when the order is confirmed as accepted or otherwise processed in accordance with the checkout and fulfilment flow. We may decline an order where permitted by law, including for payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing error or unavailability.

Processing & delivery

Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting support@marqeni.com. After dispatch, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Address Changes

You may request a delivery-address change before dispatch. After the carrier has received the parcel, changes cannot be guaranteed and may depend on carrier handling.

Payments

Card payments are processed through Stripe. Primary card methods shown are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club. Additional methods may be available where displayed on the Payment or Checkout page.

Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is 6$ when the free-shipping minimum is not met.

Free Shipping

Standard shipping is free when the order reaches 50.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated transit time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed arrival date. Timing may vary because of destination, carrier operations, customs, peak periods, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

Tracking

All orders include shipment tracking. Tracking information is provided after dispatch when tracking data becomes available.

Customs and Import Duties

International customs duties, import charges or customs handling charges that arise in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility where applicable, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Lost Parcels

If a parcel appears lost, contact support. We review tracking and investigate with the relevant carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, the resolution will be reshipment or refund.

Returns & consumer rights

EU Right of Withdrawal

Where EU distance-selling rules apply, consumers generally have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. The customer bears return shipping for a statutory withdrawal where this responsibility was clearly disclosed before purchase.

Returns

For products covered by the ordinary return policy, a return request must be registered within 14 calendar days after receipt by contacting support@marqeni.com. The registered address is not automatically the return address. Return instructions provide the appropriate return destination and steps.

Return Shipping

For a normal change-of-mind or non-defective return, the customer pays the return shipping cost. For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, the merchant pays the applicable necessary return shipping cost.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are supported. For a normal non-defective exchange, the customer pays both return shipping and replacement-item shipping. For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, the merchant pays applicable return and replacement shipping costs.

Defective / Incorrect / Incomplete Goods

Mandatory statutory rights for defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or otherwise non-conforming goods are not limited by the ordinary return conditions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Our internal processing target is within 7 business days after returned goods are received and the necessary review is completed, subject to mandatory statutory refund deadlines. Where an EU statutory withdrawal applies, the standard original delivery cost is refunded where required by law; supplementary delivery cost above the least expensive standard option may be excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Personalised Goods Exception Where Applicable

If clearly personalised, custom-made or made-to-order goods are offered and an applicable statutory withdrawal exception applies, those goods may be excluded from ordinary change-of-mind withdrawal to the extent permitted by law. This does not remove rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect goods, merchant production errors or other mandatory statutory rights.

Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits Mandatory Statutory Consumer Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduced.

Intellectual Property

Website text, design elements and other protected content may be subject to intellectual-property rights. Use beyond normal website browsing and shopping may require permission from the relevant rights holder.

Liability

Liability is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights where exclusion is prohibited by law.

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
